Personally I used to use Tip.It alot but i'm turning over to RSBnB

I use Tip.IT because it's a Jagex Fansite, only safe one to be honest.

They are all safe they can't do anything by visiting I think most of them are fansite's just tip it is a platinum fansite.

Runescape Wiki has everything else you could possibly imagine which is rs-related.
