I am a great fan of salads and fresh juices. Every day i take them as my break fast. In my opinion it is the best break fast than any other. We all want to take a good break fast to give more energy in the morning time. We must avoid oily foods and chat items at morning time, it is not good for our health. Taking fruit/vegetable salad and drinking fresh juice after finishing the salad is very good for our health. It gives the necessary energy to do our morning work. Also it is good for our health.
