Best apps?

Just got a smart phone (I know) its an android and I'm looking for cool/unique/helpful apps. I need a good one for downloading music and I listen to mostly rock and metal so if the app is "rap oriented" that won't help.

Like I said anything else thats cool or helpful recommend it. Or anything halo/xbox/mlg oriented. K thanks

This may be a tad random but I've been playing the app Cartoon Wars, that game is a gem and I'd recommend it to anyone.

if you're also taking games as suggestions, i suggest space puppy, its like flappy bird but with dog. its a nice game, my friend made it.
