Well it depends on how much money you're willing to spend tbh... I'd use guthans since it's shared and you're wanting to get all of those.

Neitznot yes, you have to do the fremennik isles.
Berserker helmet (if not using neitznot) you have to do the fremennik trials.
Fighter torso (if not using BCP) is a minigame.
Dragon Defender is a bitch to get so if you can get a DFS use it.
