Best amouer and weapon for ghouls need help

Well it depends on how much money you're willing to spend tbh... I'd use guthans since it's shared and you're wanting to get all of those.

Helmet: Helmet of Nietznot/Berserker Helmet
Torso: Bandos Chestplate / Fighter Torso
Legs: Bandos Tassets
Weapon: Attack = Whip / Defense = Whip / Strength = Saradomin Sword
Shield: DFS / Dragon Defender
Boots: Dragon Boots
Ring: Berserker Ring
Amulet: Amulet of Fury / Amulet of Strength

Neitznot yes, you have to do the fremennik isles.
Berserker helmet (if not using neitznot) you have to do the fremennik trials.
Fighter torso (if not using BCP) is a minigame.
Dragon Defender is a bitch to get so if you can get a DFS use it.

you could also try void melee armor... it's initially cheaper but you will need more food.......
