Interview is process of communication in which you give your information but i want to know that before interview we should planned for getting job or not.

Well here is what you do before the job interview:

1. Wear a business attire cloths
2. Make a handshake with your interviewer
3. Always smile
4. Sit properly
5. Answer the question directly ( don't go over the bush)
6. Make eye contact with him/her
7. Make a Good impression

Planning for an interview is a good start. You should review your resume. Because the interviewer will likely ask you about your self base on your resume. You should also review your profession, like if you are an engineer, most likely, the interviewer will ask what is your experience in that profession and what are your skills that will benefit the company if they will choose to hire you.

good day, yeah we should be planned it before we go to the interview and you should be relaxed and confident before you face the interviewer always put into your mind that you are qualified for that position and you will be hire maybe sound it crazy but it helps you to be calm and dont get nervous while entering the room.
