Battery low of your car?

Just how do you manage when the battery of your car goes low and make problems to get your car started when you are in a hurry?

I always keep myself prepared whenever my car is in these situations. I have backup batteries at my local Car Mechanics Store and I grab as much as I need. If all those are wasted, I always take my time to get some more.
