Well if they got a permanent ban then this isn't a good idea. But for temporary yes maybe they can get off a little bit early for making a thread about what they did, why it's wrong, and how to avoid it.

I was going to suggest this, where banned members couldn't see certain sections.

I actually think this is a very good idea, no one likes getting banned or limited. It would be quite knowledging(fake family word) to see peoples past experiences so see what we could avoid ourselves.
