Can you check bench and internal if they are ?
 
I remember I sold internal years ago and then got it banned after the person I sold it to got it turbo'd off him, I believe it's the same tag, nonetheless good luck selling these.

Has there been cases of any other bans besides 2-week and perm (9999)? 

Didn't mean to be off topic. Good luck selling these, I remember when bench was active.
 
does the "report the tag until it gets a 2 week ban" method still work to get it unbanned?

There has been some banned until around 2040 , which is still bad as the year 9999
