Banned Gamertag question

I'm just wondering, do certain gamertags tend to get banned or certain accounts? Is there any measures that can be taken to avoid getting banned? What exactly does Microsoft look out for?

If they see the IP on a tag change too much, they'll assume it's being sold.

Also, they tend to watch OG's more than normal tags, due to the chance of being sold.

Accounts that have suspicious activity are ones likely to get banned. For example, hacked gamerscore, quick location change, vulgarity in your bio, and they can even look on sites like this for accounts being sold. Ways not to get banned: Don't be a moron. Once it gets banned it's gone forever.

Yeah I've very smart with all of my tags. I'm not trying to get banned.
