There is a little ball on my left nut, it hurts when I touch it or sit wrong, I don't know if I should go see a doctor or just wait it out and see if it goes away, what should I do?

I looked it up and it is rare at that age, I think it's a cyst.

If it's there for 2 more days i'll make an appointment.

I have the same thing, I've had a massive lump nearly the size of my ball itself. I went to the doctors a few months back and they said it was a cyst and it should go down soon, however it hasn't so I don't know what it could be.

I'm only 15 myself, goto the doctors and get it checked out.
