Badminton is like a version of tennis that doesn't require more force or something :| Since the ball thing is light compared to the tennis ball, used to do this with my dad when I was younger, every Saturdays.
thats good im a player before but when i gain weight i dont actually play that much, im sad ;(
I play badminton. I play 3 times a week for around 6 hours overall. Am pretty good but could be better been playing for around 5 years now and coach begginers for around 2 years.
