How do people get awards on this website? I see people having so many awards, and I can't figure out how to get them.

You just need to meet the requirement or have it given to you by the owner. A few of the easier ones would be the YouTube award (make a video promoting the site), the Alexa award (write a review of FK on Alexa), the cheese award (post a picture of yourself), and the upgrade awards.
