Hmm i will have a go, this seems pretty simple. The 3d part will be a pain as its near impossible i think. The others, flashing colours is easy.!

The first one is more of an idea than anything, but I'll be happy with anything as long as it all looks good.

I added the the white background because a transparent gif would mean that it would have these fucked up weird white outline so yeah. But if you see it in the forums it will just look like its transparent
Best i could do with a gif award thing as its so small. I would do the 3d thing but thats is impossible without losing quality lol.
Also as we know philly is changing the forum theme so if you do decide to use this than i will change the bg colour to the forum colors background.

Is there any way we can improvise on the background? I use the dark theme and I am pretty sure the new forum update that comes on the 19th will be similar to the dark theme, so it would look weird.
