Kobe Bryant, he is probably the most hated basketball player, but still one of the best in the NBA.

I have to say Kevin Durant is my favorite athlete and has been for a very long time!
 
Emile Heskey because everybody seems to hate him but in my opinion hes just a big black fuzzy bear

also he's awful at football but hes still my favourite.

just saw this thread. my favorite athlete is Derrick Rose because it takes a lot of determination to comeback strong, in spite of all he's been through.

also, I'm a diehard Bulls fan lol.
 
My favorite athlete is Tom Wallish. (Professional freeskiier)

The list of why I not only look up to him as an athlete but also as a role model is expansive. I will keep it short. He is, unarguably, the greatest freeskiier in the world. He took a sport (which 20 years ago didn't even exist) and changed it forever. He wasn't the creator of the sport but he has constantly pushed the envelope and led the world in new tricks, new variants, and new competitions that will benefit skiiers for years to come. It is now the fastest growing sport EVER, with millions of kids catching on every year. Tom gives them, as well as me something to strive for when riding, and that's what it's all about.
 
Favorite athlete: Joe Flacco

Reason: Because he is the QB of my football team, and he is great at what he does!

I like Dez Bryant with the Dallas Cowboys. He's an excellent receiver. Probably the best the cowboys have had in a long time.

I'd have to say LeBron James. I live in ohio and have followed him ever since he was in high school. I have liked him throughout his career and now he's back! Hopefully he can get us a championship!
