autoscroll?

Is it possible to make it so it doesn't automatically take you to the last post when you open a page? 99% of the time I go in wanting to read the OP and it gets annoying having to scroll up

This only happens to me when i use my Windows 8 Laptop, but if I use my chromebook it doesn't happen lol
