I have 90 attack and I have 80 def which one should I train up first to 99.

I would say Attack.
Once you have 99 Attack you still hit more often, therefore you can train defence faster.

Split it! Either way is going to take years so train def to 90 then attack to 93 then def to 95 then attack to 99 and then def.

Having 99 attack and/or str will make training to 99 defence a breeze.

I would say attack but thats simply because I hate defense levels. But if your getting both their might as well equally do it up.

I say Attack first. Defense will be much easier. But at the end of the day it gonna be your decision. =P
