Okay so today I purchased a new pair of Astro A40 TR's (recommended by @Samus ). They are beautiful and I love all of the packaging and whatnot. But only 5 minutes after opening them I ran into a problem and I've spent hours trying to troubleshoot but I cannot figure it out. I'm unsure what I need to download to update my Mixamp but it told me to download the Astro ACC. So I downloaded it and I plugged in my micro USB, and turned my Mixamp into PC mode. After waiting 3-5 minutes I am left with the program still searching for a device. I can tell the USB is reading because the Mixamp is on and I see the LED lights. Regardless I took it out tried it in many different USB ports 2.0 and 3.0. Still the same problem. I then tried my sisters computer and I was getting the same problem. Most are probably thinking at this point "okay his micro USB is fucked". That was answered because before I got the right A40 TR's I was sold the black ones (by Gamestop) that are not comparable with the Xbox One. Not knowing this I hooked up that Mixamp Pro and I was getting the same problem just with a different program. So at this point I feel like I'm doing something wrong but I have no idea. It's not my USB ports, it's not my motherboard, and it's not because the device is not in PC. I've looked all around online and I feel like I'm the only one who has this problem and it sucks.
