It's most likely due to many of their citizens arrogance and belief that the U.S.A is the 'top-country' in the world, which is not even remotely correct. China and multiple other countries have the edge over them, maybe not in their armies and such, but without countries like China, Libya and many other Middle-Eastern countries, America and the rest of the world will fall.
