My personal opinion is that it's brilliant.
We are learning more about the human body, and making it possible to discover more.
Hopefully these tools won't be caught up in the wrong hands.

True but cloning may reduce genetic variability. For instance, producing many clones runs the risk of creating a population that is entirely the same. This population would be susceptible to the same diseases, and one disease could devastate the entire population.
