Funny you mention it, happened right about a year ago now after free trade came back... got permed for account hijacking/trading. Which is bullshit lol because I wasn't even hardcore hacking or anything at the time, I was helping a friend trade shit T_T

Only ever got one appeal... although, apparently every year subsequent to the ban you get granted another appeal...
To be honest, I don't even have the motivation to go and check though, I hate RS and also what they've done with the site
