Now I am a F2P player looking for a good price on arrows and runes. I currently have 1.3m on me and willing to spend it on a good amount of each.

Which types of runes and arrows do you need? Their prices vary.

Well honestly all types of runes and maybe Steel, Iron, Bronze arrows. Anything else can be considered if close to level.
