Losing weight is a commitment to diet, exercise and behavioral changes. You know you could stand to lose some of those unwanted pounds, but are you ready to make this life-long commitment?

Your idea of a healthy diet is:
A*Eating an apple once in awhile.
B*Understanding nutrition and making smart changes in my diet.
C*Curbing my fast food outings.

what do u think ? B !!! for me :p

Ya i think i am overweight and i would be very much glad to loose my weight. I don't do a strick diet. I cannot do it. I am too lazy to do any exercises. I know i have to do some exercises but i can't . I have conscience to loose weight but i can implement that :(

I'm even too thin now so may be I won't go on any diet regime :D. I have to take more exercises for good body now. May be I will never be over-weight so I'm not concern about this matter much.

I gained weight two years ago due to pregnancy and I have been struggling to lose the pounds ever since. My husband does not mind the love handles and my friends would tell me I am not that fat, however, I miss wearing stylish and fashionable clothes only the slender ones can wear. I used to be really very slim, and I am not used to wearing medium to large size dresses.

I decided to take action three weeks ago, and I feel great because I am doing good so far. I commit to exercise (cardio and weights lifting) four times a day, eat a balanced and healthy diet, drink 10 glasses of water, and get the right amount of sleep (I read somewhere thal lack of sleep may also result to gained weight). Little by little, the mirror is telling me that I am losing weight. Yey!!

hopefully i can make commitment to, i'm being 118 KG before, now i have 112.6 KG. hopefully can still losing more, 100 KG is enough as long i'm healthy :)

i diet using reducing carbohydrate, reducing rice amount per eat :)

i think B is the good option for a diet and to start in loosing weight as for me before my weight is 75kg and waistline is 36inches but now i'm only 63kg and 31.5inches waistline

I am good at keeping my weight under control. Like I am 6'2" and that means about 74" and the standard weight for men is 1kg per inch. I am 73 kg and almost that is within the limits. As this should be + or - 2% of the standard weight. But yes whenever I get a few kg extra weight, I work it out and come back to my normal weight.

First of all you have to consult a doctor if your body wait is really not appropriate for your height. Get rid of extra fats only.

I always say yes i am ready to loose weight, but the question is when??for me i don't know what happen, even i can't eat plenty foods my weight is still gaining.maybe because i ate sweets?or maybe because i ate not in the right time.sometimes i eat late especially at night.

Having a balanced diet together with exercise and the right suppplement makes up my weight management. Also I found Barley Vegetable Capsule that really helps me a lot. It has carnitine that enhances the body's capability in fat burning and chlorophyll to help lessen body fats.It has fatty acid oxidase, paroxidase, catalase and transhydrogenase enzymes that aid the body in crumbling fats in the body. It contains organic sodium too which improves the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach that relieves and improves digestion.

yeap i do it my anual control and start my diet to the summer 2012 :D and put me the bikinis :D LOL

well i am not that lazy, i opt for fibre food and am upto fit schedule for me. Getting up early and rising to all the activities is good for me besides going to gym. perhaps a balaced diet is what my body demands and i cant afford to eat fried and junk food from down market. I prefer milk and fruit juices to other things.

I want to lose weight for personal reasons, to feel better, to look better, to improve my health. I think most people believe they're eating a lot when they're really not. I used to think I was stuffing myself every day, but I wasn't really.

I used to weigh 52 kilos and when I started to educate myself about losing weight and getting into my ideal Body Mass Index which is 43 kilos. I began to make changes in my lifestyle and in my diet as well. Exercising is part of it and controlling which food I need to eat and which food aren't healthy at all. And luckily, I am in my ideal BMI so that's what I am maintaining now - 43kilos.
