Are these kind of threads allowed

As I've seen a quite a few sites being made I was thinking about doing a post for post service,​

What I mean is I post 5 threads on their site they post 5 on mine or something along the lines.​

If this is allowed where would I post it?​

That & I've never seen anybody post a thread like this although many would probably benefit
