Mine have been working on and off for the day like very 20 mins I get a softban 
Is every bot like this ?

necrobot is working at this current moment, I'm not sure about any others.

Most bots aren't working due to Niantic shutting them down.

You have to be very cautious now, use realistic speeds, don't run 24/7.
