Are blackhat sales dominating the virtual market?

Booters, Crypters, RATs, Loggers, Stealers and more dominate virtual markets at the moment. What legal items are there to sell now'adays?

Domain sales, ebooks (on possible blackhat), Accounts and Hosting are all the legal things left really

Even domain sales could be blackhat, well if you think of that the owner of the domain could obtain the domain via carding.

It does seem that it is indeed mostly blackhat products on the market these days. Unfortunately, like anything, its just a case of evolution.

I suppose money making ebooks are fine, and they do very well. But I just don't see anything else.

Plenty of whitehat things left, just no one interested in making money legally. Or doing anything legally.

Well I'd say the main reason for this is being that Black Hat methods make things easier. People, and society today, are always looking for an easier way to do things.

There is a lot products and so you can sell, which is not blackhat products. I think it's just in forums, where you're having a community with a lot members, then they have a bigger chance to sell something the other members can gain some profit on, rather than selling a product that is just useful.
