We had to many people to begin with. Xypher and I were working on it when Mark became an admin and then we stopped, but yeah. Ratio should be 1 staff member per every 10 moderators. :3

Well Mute is really active so I decided he should be staff.
Silver comes on everyday and he's smart, so I gave him in place of Robbie.
Proof has always been staff.

Don't need to promote someone every time someone quits. I don't have a problem with them, but we don't have anything to moderate as it is. Makes the site look unprofessional when the only active members are moderators.

I agree with you there, but I gave it to active members who deserved it, and people who know about the section they mod.
There are more mods than staff.
Proof is inactive so there are really only 2 active staff members, and 3-4 mods.
Then me and mark are only active admins, if he's even active.

Well Staff should know at least a little bit about every board since they are are going to be handling them. I don't think some people are qualified, but thats just my opinion. Just not too thrilled about the timing.

Shink with computing
You have anime
That's all the sections covered with minimum moderators. Silver and I can just ban/warn when necessary.
We're only lacking regular members :/

1 staff member to every 10 moderators?
We need less moderators, because a moderator should be the most skilled out of most in their forum, and honestly there are very few people who are skilled in a lot of these forums.
Just my thought.

I might hide Security and Pen Testing until we have someone truly skilled in Malware Removal and Pen Testing become dedicated, ie Harvey; who is busy IRL currently.
I've got a ways to go with my training before I can run that section, too.

I'm definitely not the best GFX maker here, but I do a darn good job moderating the section.
You could be the best, but also have bad grammar, bad decision making skills, and you might not be active.
Of course it does help if you're a good programmer to mod the programmer section, so you at least know what you're talking about.
