No it's not, it's a completely different system.

No further information will be provided, this is just a sneak peek.

Getting the clan's involved in RG when they can effectively manage ingame got to be some damn good features in it that is unique.

That's not how things work, all they need is the ability to successfully advertise.

What he means is integrate lots of Runescape things like hold events (have things like this clan feature), etc.
