make it use gmail and give them to "high quality" members of the forum. You don't want a bunch of 1 posters saying to kids they are trusted or staff etc on runegear.

I completely agree! If you want an @runegear.net email you should have to apply for it then the staff will decide if you are worthy enough to have one.
