Reasons:

• I know Java fluently; I have created my own Private server bot to prove this - shown here; I can show via TV.
• I know PHP quite well I wouldn't say fluently as I don't use it as often as Java.
• Released a Email Crawler for Powerbot written by me in Java for the community - topic thread found here.
