Rune Gear now has two awards.

Shield of Spam

Ironic Shield

To be rewarded one of the above awards, you must do one of the below:

• Report over 100 posts
• Notify people of their wrong doings
• Have fun doing it

By doing one of the above, you will help out Rune Gear, as well as gain an award, and possibly a Staff position.

I think this would be a great award.
I don't think "Notifying people of their wrong doings" would be wise, as it may cause conflict between members.

It means, if someone posts in the wrong section, a simple:
"Hey mate, you posted this in the Lobby, it's meant for RuneScape General Discussion."

I like the award and the idea behind it, but don't you think that just might encourage lots of reported posts, that shouldn't be reported?

Honestly I think i would change it to 250 reported posts. Seems a bit harder to get.

Maybe not 250.
200 yes. Or maybe even 150. Just to make it not seem like "Report tons of posts and get an award!!!!!! "

But I guess with Staff and Admins actually checking reported posts and making sure they are reported for valid reasons, it'll work out well.
