They've won the Joystick award twice I recall? It doesn't seem to have brought in anyone. Everyone knows about RuneScape now, there target audience has been met.

They need to introduce a lot of NEW things into RS.
It's getting old, people play it and get bored.
They need to recapture their attentions. And we should expand this forum greatly.

To be honest, Runescape is dying, but quite slowly. The number of people quitting is below 50 a day, but still. That many people, x 365 is quite a large number, and that's that many lost over one year.

So, because of this. I suggest having board about League of Legends (LoL) as, this game is becoming very popular, and that's where all the Runescapians are going.

That forum would help out, but you'd need to expand it quite a bit to really make the community larger. You'd have to be adding stupid boards where you can learn how to code different internet languages, so i suggest not following that path. Unless your people hungry.

Try the LoL board maybe? Have a vote on it, and see how many people on this forum play it.

Dont jump to big games first, start of small like, combat arms, maple story, League of Legends, Counter-Strike, Left 4 Dead. etc.

Actually, Yeah I do think you need to expand on other games, I don't believe the forum will grow enough on just runescape.

But RS is still growing.

No, thats only because your on the 'underworld' of runescape where everyone sells/buys gp and bots.

if you actually walked around rs people wouldnt even know how to do any of those.

it's actually alot less then you think, most people who play rs aren't a member of any forums.

Jagex is doing everything they can to ruin Runescape, at least that's what looks like from the recent videos of Pkers I've been seeing. They are not doing anything about real life trading, and that will bring down RS a lot.. Like I checked the g.e after watching one of the rants, and everything is so cheap...

I think they are eventually going to shutdown RS, and put all effort in there new game.

They are not doing anything about real life trading, and that will bring down RS a lot.. Like I checked the g.e after watching one of the rants, and everything is so cheap...

I think they are eventually going to shutdown RS, and put all effort in there new game.

Runescape is always going to be there main focus. They have already come out with 2 games that ended up being of course horrible.

I don't think runescape is going to die, atleast not any time soon. But if you want to grow rapidly then yes, add more games. Of course like people mentioned before you will need more staff, and more procedures to deal with things. It'll be hella complicated but if you get it to work out smoothly It'll be a sexy site indeed.

Runescape is dying. I am still in shock at what LRC looks like. I mean, I bot, yes, but on one account, and that is because I don't have much time to play myself. I am not ruining an economy. Call me a hypocrite, but I am not hurting anyone else's gaming experience, as I only bot dungeoneering.
