I would like users to realise that I never intended Rune Gear to be something I profit off. No, Rune Gear was just a fun project I started when I was bored, I never intended it to grow to this size, although I knew I'd work on it for the years to come. Members think all I'm doing this is to monetize the forum and make myself a profit, no. Users don't realise that over a thousand dollars I've received on Rune Gear, not $1 has been used on me. Yes, I'm being honest. Everything I receive is being used to invest it back into Rune Gear. I'm attempting to make the forum the best it can be FOR the community.

I would appreciate if members would understand that I'm not doing this for the money, I'm doing this for the community.

Surely no one can accuse you of that, when they can see your custom jQuery menu, custom vouch system etc. They surely don't think those come cheap?

I agree with this 100%. There's so many forums that I've joined, whether it be moderating it or just being a member, that I knew would fail just because of the colours/layout of the site. You can't just download some pre-made default template and expect it too be perfect for your site.

This site actually looks very nice, and the userbars/colours/general layout is PERFECT. That's one of the reasons that I'm sticking here, I know that this will get bigger and better as time goes on. :happy:
