We've had 28 hours of downtime for, well, the past 28 hours. I'm so annoyed at the timing of all issues and crap I've been subject to for the duration of the downtime. Here's a quick summary:
Server crashed due to plugins around 28 hours ago, 12 hours ago before that I ordered a VPS. VPS online 24 hours after ordering, but was provisioned 8 hours later (32-33 hours wait) - I'm probably wrong because this has all been such a freaking blur. Now I go to set up my VPS in my domains centre and turns out my domain provider is down. *Thumbs up guys*
The crappy support was apologised for and I'm happy for that, but still devastating with the downtime. Now we're back up and moving to a VPS soon when the domain centre comes back online. I'll be identifying the issue from the plugin and fixing it.
Extremely sorry for the downtime, it won't happen again.
