Same as before, each ticket will cost you 100 points and gives you one chance of winning during the draw, you can purchase as many tickets as you like and send all points to the user Pot. Those are the users that bought tickets last draw but not this one. It's a list mainly for me because if these users decide to buy tickets not I can just copy and paste their username with a link to their profile - it basically saves me time.
