No more than $150, no clue where all the high appraisals came from. It's spaced and will probably never be reset.
But with the market being dead don't expect to hit that.

Yeah this tag would be 150 at most because it's spaced, but most kids are broke nowadays anyways. I would just hold onto it if I were you.
