I uploaded all the files to my file manager and this shows?

The files uploaded were uploaded incorrectly, the host is failing on their part, I mean the list goes on.
Just delete all the files, and try to re-upload every folder to whatever you were trying to do.
Also, you could I don't know, contact the host and ask for help? : P
