Yeah I'm really into poker at the moment, when I'm 18 I'm going to get into it seriously. But at the moment I play for fun with a few friends, poker nights are awesome.
For 4 years now I've been playing a bit more serious. My best friend motivated me to become better and learn a lot from him which made me move from Facebook poker to pokerstars.net. I played a lot on pokerstars, for me it was always hard to play because I didn't have a CC which meant I needed to buy chips (via PP) with a 40% cut to the seller, I never really had a sure way of making good money so I began by playing around with twenty bucks. After many hours I turned my first $20 investment into nice $300. I than ran into a business partner who told me about his friend who had cancer and being in a family where I currently have two family members with cancer I had a soft spot for his story. I received a nice offer to sell $300 of poker chips for $450 paypal and took it, sadly I was scammed. I can't really blame the scammer because it was kharma's way of getting back at me; when I was young I would notoriously scam on Guild Wars - this was my pay back.
If you're interested in playing poker with me then please shoot me a pm, I'd love to play with you. We can also set up a nice ring; where you and me work together at a table to get at everyone else (I had a lot of success with that method ).
I tried learning through playing a few games on my Android phone. (Live Hold 'Em Pro on the Android Market if anybody is interested)
I only won one match in total, and I got to admit that it was pure luck.
