Anybody good at making websites?

Well i was wondering if anybody has experience creating money making websites where you paid to click,paid to download and paid to referr.....etc

i wanted create one but idk how to make one i want it to be a legit site where i pay people i think itll be pretty cool

With that amount of money, you're better off investing that to earn more. There are several known PTC and PPD inbuilt scripts, it'll cost you a little bit more than 25 bucks though. Some examples of PTC scripts are buxhost, Gen4, Aurora, Zeus and nTeN. I'm not too familiar with PPD scripts but I've heard of paid4upload.
