I'm not sure about here, but I know Poliwhirl and Kingler are being sold on HF. Besides that, there are a lot of Pokemon Plurals aorund here, I'm sure you can find one.

yea ive seen poliwhirl a few times played with him too. Would be sick to have a pokemon name, aslong as its not too expensive.
