Yes not Soccer, I say football because I'm american.

Bring a nice thermos full of your favorite drink.

And a nice soft but pillow, because you won't be playing much, if at all.

Ok I don't play that. Sorry.

not sure how you can call it football when its like 5 kicks a game lol

Give some personal traits such as ... Height, weight, speed, strength... etc... Depends on what position you're playing but I can help you out. I've played Football for 7 years now..

Here is a tip, don't get hit in the back by a 200 pound kid... Those hurt... a lot!

So it all goes down to, don't get the ball... lol :p

Lift weights a lot, go to football conditioning in the summer. Work your ASS off! And try to build the muscles in your neck, a lot of the time your neck will hurt after a game.

We only have a week of spring training and then we begin again in the august. I want to be a center or a guard.

So I assume you're a big boy? So basically try to keep your current weight but just tone up. You won't need as much stamina as say a running back but I would still work on it quite a bit.

I did wrestling, gained a lot of muscle. I also want to drop weight to gain right back as muscle. I need to work on my forearms mostly what position did you play?

Played wide receiver for 2 years and running back for 1 year, going to play running back again this year.

I want to play tight end but I need to gain stamina and lose weight my coach says. Ill be in 10th grade football this year. Its my first year playing ever. If I play defense I want to be a nose tackle. How much muscle you have to be to play Middle Linebacker.

To be a middle linebacker I would advise that you have a decent amount of body weight and muscle because you'll be taking a lot of hits of course. And good job, hope everything goes good for you in 10th grade football.

Good-luck, hope you do well this year.

@Linebacker - Needs to be strong and have at-least 190 lbs... Good tackler and smart.
@Nose/Center - Bigger and usually pretty strong. Be able to push kids 200 lbs plus.
@End/Tackle - Be fast, weight is needed and so is muscle but more importantly to be able to shoot through kids

Remember to stay low. that's the key.
Hit someone high, you're not gunna take em down. go for their gut area.

Legs are key for tackling. BREAK their kneecaps with your shoulder pads.

Today I began, I sucked a lot. I need to work on Tackling. My stance is great its just when you charge for them I mess up. I got picked as a Offensive tackle.
