Another PayPal Question!

Does this mean the seller can return the buyer it's money once they have paid or does it mean the buyer can issue a refund? Confused af?

Pretty sure it means the buyer than refund it straight away with that.

I don't people are telling me it means the seller can refund the buyer back within 60 days or whatever but I am going to keep this thread open for more replies! Thanks!

It means that the seller who received the payment can refund it back to the person who sent them the payment for up to 60 days.

The buyer can't just refund it back to themselves, they would have to open up a dispute and then PayPal would have to decide if they get their money back or not.
