You can eat it...but it's advised not to.

Yes, you can. Expiration dates are just a way for people to throw out whatever it is that "expired" so they can go buy a new product.

Now some things like dairy, poultry and such, i would not recommend only because that will just get you sick. but a little age never killed anyone.

Pretty much, anything in a can with an expiration date, will not expire.

Chips just get stale, nothing wrong with a little more crunch. :)

Bread gets mold, so do not eat, or you get sick.

Dairy and poultry will, though.
