Yes, you can. Expiration dates are just a way for people to throw out whatever it is that "expired" so they can go buy a new product.

Now some things like dairy, poultry and such, i would not recommend only because that will just get you sick. but a little age never killed anyone.

Bread gets mold, so do not eat, or you get sick.
