also an addition of one when the site has been around for 5 years and members have 5 years on fk
just a suggestion i haven't seen since i've been around

Awards aren't really "special" anymore because of how many user owned awards there are along with the base FK awards.

Replace the previous anniversary award with 1 year veteran award. Or make it challenging, like a 3 year veteran to the site and you get an award.
