Gawley got it banned from playing halo 4. Maybe he sold it or gave it away after it got banned.

No he didnt. When i asked Gawley if i can have it since its banned, He said no hes keeping it, So unless this kid is maybe Gawley or one of his really good friends, he doesnt have it.
