Well, apparently I just bought something on my locked Paypal. I have 2 credit/debits cards on it (I believe they have nothing on them), and a green dot bank account. My balance still says $0.00... so I'm a little sketched out. Let's see what happens.

Apparently the transaction was made via bank account. Money was transferred from it, and the payment was made. I got the bank account from a member on here to verify my account... soooooooo.
