Well, apparently I just bought something on my locked Paypal. I have 2 credit/debits cards on it (I believe they have nothing on them), and a green dot bank account. My balance still says $0.00... so I'm a little sketched out. Let's see what happens.

Apparently the transaction was made via bank account. Money was transferred from it, and the payment was made. I got the bank account from a member on here to verify my account... soooooooo.

Wednesday FROM PayPal - "You recently attempted to transfer funds from your bank account. Your bank has declined the funds transfer because your account did not have sufficient funds available."

Yesterday FROM the company I purchased something from - "All the items from your order have now been shipped."
