Alright guys.. what should i try?

Staking is what i do but its so much of a gamble. I started with 20M and worked my way up to 35. then lost 10 then worked my way back up. now im at 50M cash pile. (around 90M total bank).

70/95 pray
61/91 herblore

What should i do? I really need money and i didnt really check how much it will be for those t stats but im guessing in the midst of 350M-400M? Anyway, i'm asking for some suggestions what i can do for some good cash to make it fast?

* i quit last year and came back this year a month before free trade update so i don't have many of the new quests done nor do i have dung for frosts.

NO im not gonna bot cause they have already temporarily banned me on this acc for botting twice. (funny thing is ive never botted on it, so wth?)

Can you help me with merch/flip? I never got the hang of this? I merched back in 06 but i was doing little measly lobs merchs as a kid buying 1k for 200k selling for 250k and doing that with 10-20k each day.
EDIT: I especially dont get flipping

I'm not a pro mercher either I bought a method from carbon which seems to work fine but I can't release it you'll have to buy it from him :/ but flipping is pretty easy you choose an item thats is going up a little bit maybe a few gp a day, buy like 100k of the item, wait til it rises a few gp and sell it but you have find your buy price and the sell price first doing this!
