Lol I hope you died turboing so many tags and shit. You can't say you didn't because most ppl know you turbo tags. No one likes those kind of shits ans attention whores like yourself.
 
I've taken 2-3 Mucinex's at once many times, I don't see how it's possible for you to be almost dead and passed out.

A skinny person could take 2 and be knocked out while Someone who weighs more could take 2 and be fine
